Healthy Breathing is an approach for correcting disordered breathing patterns, associated with a number of health issues.

The technique was developed by Catherine Vitali RN and Physiotherapist Wendy Willis over a period of more than ten years.

What is
Healthy breathing?

Drawing inspiration from a number of breathing modalities, the Healthy Breathing approach works to normalise breathing patterns, through education and breathing exercises which activate the Parasympathetic Nervous System, recoordinating the muscles associated with breathing, freeing them to perform optimally for normal breathing.
